Public bug reported:
Appears to be a regression in Oneiric (bug 723400 is very similar but fix
released)
This is specific to Unity. Unity-2D is _not_ affected.
TEST CASE:
1. Open the dash (Press SUPER)
2. Select 'More Apps'
3. On the 'Installed' section, click on 'See XX more results' in order to
display the scroll bar on the right
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
Result:
The scrollbar goes up a little and the titles of the icons are hidden.
Expected
The scroll stays at the bottom doesn't move without user action.
