  TEST CASE:
  1. Open the dash (Press SUPER)
  2. Select 'More Apps'
  3. On the 'Installed' section, click on 'See XX more results' in order to 
display the scroll bar on the right
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
  
  Result:
  The scrollbar goes up a little and the titles of the icons are hidden.

  The scroll stays at the bottom doesn't move without user action.
