It's in Firefox 2.0; the build that came on the Feisty install CD.

The bug always happens for me if I change to a quick-directory first
thing, but not every time after that. I *think*, from my amateur attempt
at QA, it's, for some reason, instantly selecting the first item in the
directory contents, and if the first thing's a file because there's no
subdirectories in there, it assumes I'm looking to overwrite that file.
So when it changes directories a split-second later, it naturally
eliminates that filename from the form.
