ltsp-client is only meant to be installed by ltsp-build-client and
therefore should never be removed.
The only case where it'd get "removed" is on upgrade and in such case,
we don't need to remove the divert (in fact, if we did it might make
some services start during the upgrade).
Marking as won't fix.
