Goodmorning everybody,
I am working in Kubuntu 6.10 x86 Dell-Inspiron 9300.
Let me describe the problem. Every time that i am trying to run an application
via Shell i receive the following error:

the error i receive is:::>

The same error i receive when i am trying to run "kaffeine" or "kate" or "k3b"

Does any one knows how to solve this?
