Indeed there is a 'network unavailable' message but there is UI
inconsistency between the 'Stars' displayed for the package which shows
that the package has been reviewed and the message 'This app has not
been reviewed'
A solution would be to hide this message if there is no network
available and s-c is unable to fetch the reviews.
