The reporter wants to say that when firefox main window and download
window are opened and you close the main window you cannot re-open
firefox again unless you middle click on the launcher icon of firefox or
right click and select to open new instance. Just like bug 784804 for
nautilus.
Bug says "Use the skip taskbar hint on the window." as a fix for the
issue. This needs to be done in firefox itself.
