Amazon is still getting us information. However, they have confirmed
that it is a dead-lock. The DomU just sits and spins CPU cycles, but
never comes back.

What we do know:
1. The instance does not terminate
2. The instance will sit and spin with high CPU utilization
3. It only is known to effect CG1 and CC1 HVM instance types
4. There are no stack traces ,OOP's or Panic messages
