Right click on the three dots to the left of the icon, uncheck "Lock" if
it is checked, then right click again and select move to move the
widget's position to a different one.
This is not a bug, so I will close this report as Invalid. Thanks for
filing this and helping to make Ubuntu better! Please don't hesitate to
