giuseppe, the second log you posted here look like your install got
damaged somehow. The dpkg warnings indicate that somehow bits (or all
of) /var/lib/dpkg/info got damaged or destroyed. If this is the case,
this maybe one of the rare cases where a reinstall is required. Did you
try to repair the upgrade by modifiying files in /var/lib/dpkg/info?
