Development of kfax was abandoned by KDE approx 2-3 years ago, and hasn't been
touched since, therefore, unfortunately this bug will have to be closed as I
don't see any chance of this ever being fixed. I'm sure there is a suitable
replacement in the Ubuntu repos, if not file a new bug report requesting it, or
if you can find an open-source version of something like kfax (with
source-code) that we don't already have, I'm sure someone can package it up for
us.
