I get the same error as the original bug report:

$ sudo modprobe toshiba_acpi
FATAL: Error inserting toshiba_acpi
(/lib/modules/2.6.31-14-generic/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/toshiba_acpi.ko):
No such device

This is on a Toshiba NB520 updated to the latest BIOS v1.90 and running
Xubuntu 11.04 desktop i386 (32-bit).

I am unable to enable/disable the wireless with Fn+F8 (although some
other Fn-key combinations work, such as screen brightness, sound
volume/mute).
