I get the same error as the original bug report: $ sudo modprobe toshiba_acpi FATAL: Error inserting toshiba_acpi (/lib/modules/2.6.31-14-generic/kernel/drivers/platform/x86/toshiba_acpi.ko): No such device
This is on a Toshiba NB520 updated to the latest BIOS v1.90 and running Xubuntu 11.04 desktop i386 (32-bit). I am unable to enable/disable the wireless with Fn+F8 (although some other Fn-key combinations work, such as screen brightness, sound volume/mute). -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/482119 Title: Cannot load toshiba_acpi module ("no such device") on M45-S2692 Laptop To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/482119/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
