I managed to resize a window the way You wrote. I'm affraid 70-90% of users
will not discover the solution You described above:/ You may mark it as solved
though as I wrote I bet most of the users will not find a way to click their
"OK" or "Cancel" button that will be out of the screen in the very hell. It is
just the next reason why someone should create, explain and describe in Unity
User's manual:/
In none of the operating system I know windows are out of the screen by
default. Every system opens windows fully on the screen no matter how minimized
they will be and no matter how small the screen is.

How about menu bar integration?

That integrates with upper panel in a way that we are unable to see all the
menu options?
Should I report it as another bug or does anyone have also a solution for that
thing?
