Happening to me also, in Ubuntu 11.04 (Natty) and Archlinux up to date (July
11, 2011).
In Ubuntu using Gnome Desktop 2.x with Compiz Fusion, in Archlinux using XFCE
with xfwm.
It happens sometimes, to reproduce it I just work normally until it happens.
Totally unpredictable. and with any window. Mostly with Chromium Browser.
