Public bug reported:
On two monitors, it is possible to have two windows - say A and B -
maximized side-by-side, each on its own monitor. With Unity, when window
A is active, I no longer see B's title although I do see the window
itself. This is confusing.
How to reproduce:
1. Have dual monitors set up as "multi-display desktop" (in ATI tool terms;
might vary with others).
2. Open and maximize two windows, each on its own desktop/monitor.
3. Switch between windows, observing window titles.
Expected result:
Both active and inactive window titles are visible. Inactive window is
indicated just like it would be have it not been maximized.
Actual result:
Inactive window title is not shown at all.
