I've posted all the issues in this message

My issue is that when I try to use pdftops to convert a pdf to eps
in this way pdftops file.pdf -eps file.eps
when I try to open the .eps in Adobe Illustrator
it returns me an error
EAAFD+HelveticaNeueLTStd-MdCnO_99-Identify-H;
Font not found on the system; missing font has been substituted.
and then it show the eps with images but not with charachters.
I've attached the pdf example
if I run the command pdffonts to the pdf example ti returns this lines:
