I think this was stimulated by autofs trying to unmount an nfs volume.
It's happened three times so far since I put 11.04 on my old Latitude
D400 laptop (Intel 855GM video).  Nothing special was happening, I was
not even using the machine when the crash occurred.  It apparently tries
to shut down - I found the Ubuntu and red/white dots going forever, and
a trace message on the console.  /var/log/kernel.log excerpt to be
attached.
