Thank you for your reply, and I hope this helps with fixing Evolution. I am an employee using Ubuntu 11.04 - the Natty Narwhal as a company "Thin Client".
As I do not have Admin Rights installing the De-Bug/Backtrace is proving difficult, to say the least. Also I would have to walk the Admin through what needs to be done: I seem to be more Ubuntu-Aware than they are. I CAN provide background and what causes the "Stall"/Crash (IncReps) and what seems to be a "Work Around". If this will help, as it seems to be specific set of actions that lead to the Incident. Evolution is ONLY used as a Contact/Calender App, which despite it's glaring faults, is useful in a work environment. It has useful parts that, in part, mitigate its faults.
