Please sync libebml 1.2.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
No changes in Ubuntu, now newer version in Debian.
We can sync this. Package builds fine.
After this we can sync libmatroska.
