Ok, I just tested my Alltray again, and it is still not working. I am running Ubuntu 11.04 with Gnome (classic) and am having the same problems I was having before. It is not that I cannot put windows into the tray. The problem is that once I have the windows in the tray, I cannot access them. I can undock them from the tray, but that is hardly worth even using for that. If I just click on them to open them up like it used to work for me, nothing happens at all. My only other option is to close the program from the tray menu, and then it crashes. I am posting the bug report again, a fresh one from 3 minutes ago. Then I am going to uninstall Alltray and install it again. . . again. Maybe that will work. Thanks for checking in on this though.
