Public bug reported:

I find that in Natty (x86_64; fully updated) windows seem reluctant to update
their title.
I've found three affected programs so far, but I suspect there are more.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Using totem:
1) Open a video file (for instance, A.ogv) in totem
2) Double click a different video file (B.ogv) in nautilus
3) totem will play B.ogv, but the title will still show "A.ogv"
4) Resize the window or hit the "F" key twice. The title now shows "B.ogv".

Using nautilus:
1) Open a new nautilus window in a known folder (for instance, /tmp)
2) Navigate to another folder (let's say, /tmp/browser-downloads)
3) The window title bar still shows "tmp".
4) Resize the window slightly. The title will now read "browser-downloads".

Using GIMP:
1) Open an image in GIMP (for instance, image.jpeg).
2) Hit Ctrl+w, or click File->Close.
3) GIMP's tiny main window will still read "image.jpeg".
4) Resize the main window. The title bar will now show "GNU Image Manipulation
Program".
