Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

After starting konqueror file manager for the first time in a session, the
first right click is greeted with an error message:
"Couldn't connect DCOP signal. Won't receive any status notifications!"

Apart from the error, everything seems to work as it should. Subsequent
right mouse clicks no longer invoke the error, and it doesn't show up
with newly started instances of konqueror in that session anymore.

According to http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=125080 the error can be
worked around by removing some files in kde related directories or by
patching kdelib. Removing
/usr/share/apps/konqueror/servicemenus/kdesvn_subversion_toplevel.desktop
as suggested there doesn't work for me though.

(Kubuntu 6.06, KDE 3.5.2)

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
