Going to your own key in Seahorse > Properties > Subkey 1 (or 2) >
Change Expiry Date
There is a checkbox labeled "This key should expire on:" this checkbox
is wrongly labeled or reversed. Checking the box, means that you don't
intend the key to expire. Unchecking it and picking a date, changes the
expiry to that date.
