It seems that the 'self' pointer we got in
mm_serial_port_queue_process() is no longer valid.

It's a bit weird, because the timeout/idle configured priv->queue is
properly cancelled when the port is closed, and we ensure that we close
the port when the port is disposed, so mm_serial_port_queue_process()
shouldn't be scheduled with an already disposed object.
