Thank you for your logs. The only graphic related error is "(WW)
intel(0): Failed to set tiling on frontbuffer." but it is loegged also
in Xorg.log.0 so it may not be related to the suspend/resume. Otherwise,
the only error is in pm-suspend.log about NetworkManager about failing
to put all devices into sleep but if your wifi device is internal, then
reproducing this bug without it is impossible.

What are your settings for screen locking once a screensaver is
activated? I don't currently have an access to an Ubuntu machine but the
setting (as a ckeckbox) should be Screen/Screensaver (under system menu)
dialog but I'm not sure if the screensaver settings are availabler if
you've uninstalled all screensavers. If you can't find the menu item,
you can try to find the underlying setting from gconf-editor (hit Alt+f2
and type gconf-editor) and look for screen related settings under
/apps/xcreensaver or similar. Thanks in advance.
