Public bug reported:
On oneiric, rngd refuses to start:
$ sudo /usr/sbin/rngd -r /dev/null --hrng=tpm --fill-watermark=90%
--feed-interval=1
Unsupported kernel detected, exiting...
In util.c, the function kernel_mode() (starting at line 57) attempts to
determine whether the kernel is a valid supported version. It has not
yet been modified to take kernel version 3.0 into account.
