Public bug reported:

After upgrade from linux kernel 2.6.38-8 to 2.6.38-10 the wifi network
is slow. The wifi card starts to operate at a normal speed, after some
time it slows down to maximum approx. 150 kB/s download speed. If I boot
using the older 2.6.38-8, the wifi network speed remains unchanged even
after long time.
