Maybe once an hour(? -- Once i started tracking a bit more closely,
seemed to always happen at X:19 today, but not sure how consistent the
pattern is yet), i hear the 'beep' that I usually hear when I get a
calendar reminder notification. If i'm quick, I can see the
notification popup appear, and then disappear instantly a moment later.
