Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Feisty.

I have two external USB drives
/dev/sda1 (hardisk vfat)
/dev/scd0 (cd/dvd/dvd-+rw)

The disk is not automounted when I start the system; to use the drive I
must switch off and switch on then the system recognize it (put the icon
on the desktop and open the folder with Nautilus automatically ); if I
put the info of this drive in the /etc/fstab even switching off/on the
drive will not be mounted or will be mounted in a different mount point
/media/LACIE__ instead of /media/LACIE_ (adding a _ to the end of the
mountpoint).

The CD drive does no mount; when I enter the system and I put a CD/DVD
in the drive nothing happens; if I switch off and on, reinsert the
CD/DVD the media will be launched

Both of them was working perfectly under Edgy

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
