TEST CASE:
1. Click on the user name on the top panel
  -> Result: Nothing
2. Click on another menu to open it up
3. Move the mouse over the me menu then back over the previous menu

Result:
The state of the menu is like opened (border around the menu in the panel) but 
the menu is not displayed.
