Public bug reported:
Bug: The kio_videodvd io-slave doesn't seem to work, trying to use it to
access a DVD via Konqueror results in an error message that states that
there has been an error while loading kio_videodvd.
System: I'm using a fresh install of Kubuntu 7.04 with the following
additional repositories: medibuntu and winehq.
