Public bug reported:
Nautilius file manager bug while showing file list that contains eps or
dvi files.
Reproduce:
1. Create eps file in any directory
2. Open nautilus in that directory
3. Click eps file and the system just hangs
System monitor reported the memory usage to be around 1 Gb (all
available) and swap was constantly increasing. Further, the application
list does not show any application to be taking that much memory. It
showed that nautilius was taking only 1 MB of memory but when I closed
nautilius, the system became normal again and the memory usage went down
to 160 MB (normal). So, two problems
1. High memory usage when trying to show eps files
2. This memory usage not reported in system monitor in the application list.
However, total usage shows a spike
