This makes no sense to me. The stack trace shows that VLC called the
crashing pa_channel_map_to_pretty_name() with a correctly initialized
parameter. map.channels = 2, and the first two channel values are LEFT
and RIGHT. pa_channel_map_to_pretty_name() should return "Stereo" then.
Looking at the libpulse source code, I don't see how the function can
possibly crash at line 751.

With no further clues from the bug description, I'm afraid there is not
much to do here...
