This sounds like the same issue as the garbled display problem, which
has been fixed by an update.

Eric or Tom, could you try the updated natty package and report whether
this bug still exists or not. For the moment, I will consider it a
duplicate, but feel free to de-dupe and reopen if there are still
different problems.
