Hi, I'm assuming that the code added to the /usr/lib/pm- utils/power.d/wireless will have the same effect as iwconfig command. This will solve the issue. Unfortunately I have notice that the power- management is not able to estimate correctly the remaining power on battery which in effect is not putting the system on hold or sleep when battery power is low. This may cause a data lost as the power is simply cut when running on battery without any notice.
So summarizing the issues with wlan0 has stopped but workaround is causing some additional problem. Thanks for you advice.
