xdiagnose has been switched to not use the dumper tool anymore. Since
it no longer requires memory allocation it won't fail in this mode
anymore.
PaulC, this bug isn't about fixing specific gpu lockups but just making
sure the tool framework is correct. I'd recommend re-testing the bug
against oneiric and if it still happens, file a report then.
