Public bug reported:

On Ubuntu 11.10 :
Each time I reboot/suspend my computer, I have to re-enter the wifi password in
the network-manager properties.

And when I want to connect a wifi network, I don't have window asking me
for the password, I need to go to network-manager, then wifi option,
then I select the network, and enter the password.
