I'll assume you mean "apt-get install", and that this is a Grave
packaging bug in lacking Depends on something essential to its
operation.
I can use strace and apt-file, so I did try installing that by hand, but
having libgail-gnome-module installed doesn't affect the crash at all.
I see this on two machines. I'm marking as Confirmed.
