Although you are on a 2.6.35 kernel, the dkms build log shows
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.32-25-generic'
Please uninstall any linux-headers packages, and install the default
using
apt-get install linux-headers-generic
I am going to mark this bug invalid, but please do respond if you need
more help.
