Public bug reported:
after updating to the newest version of ubuntu my computer states that
there is a program running currently on my computer and it tells me to
run a scan disc and then after that it tells me its trying to force quit
it. and when I try to log back on it says that I have to log on in safe
mode, and perhaps I didnt fully install ubuntu.
