You can choose "Use a customized command" in the "Open with" dialog and
enter there "banshee --debug", the log will be produced in the
.config/banshee-1 folder of your home.
I couldn't reproduce your bug, in any case. In case you can't reproduce
it either please close it by marking it as "invalid" in the Status menu.
