Till Kamppeter, I re-checked this in LO 3.3.3 via the Terminal:
cd ~/Desktop && wget -c
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/806959/+attachment/2199552/+files/bis_pruefungsbericht.doc
-O info.doc && lowriter -nologo info.doc
click Disable Macros button -> with nothing highlighted click File ->
Print -> General tab and notice the All pages radio button is
highlighted by default with the Print Preview box presenting the whole
first page.
However, if one highlights one of the empty input box object (which one
of them is highlighted immediately upon opening the file) and clicks
File -> Print -> General tab then the Print Selection radio button is
highlighted and the Print Preview box is empty, as expected. Hence, this
is not a bug. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
