Your report is a bit unclear, so I'd like you to please answer these
questions:
* Is this reproducible? does it happen every time?
* If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug? A list of
steps such as "log into hotmail, click on an e-mail with an attachment, click
on the paperclip icon" would be helpful. Please indicate a) what should happen,
and b) what happens instead. I'm not too familiar with Hotmail so I'm not sure
what to expect when using it.
* Could you check whether it happens with other browsers (for instance, install
and try with the Chromium browser)? If so, it might not be a Firefox issue, but
a Hotmail programming flaw.
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.
