Public bug reported:

usb-creator scans the download directory on startup (from #441104), but
it should also scan it after.

1) empty your download directory from any .iso
2) open usb-creator-gtk
3) copy your .iso from your last backup

usb-creator should show the *iso in the download list, but the list
remains empty
