Pretty sure this is not a dupe. Although
pthread_mutexattr_(set|get)pshared are indeed in 'manpages-posix-dev' as
mentioned on bug 538577, none of the other functions I listed above are.
I don't see them in the upstream eglibc repo either. I think someone has
to actually write the missing manpages.
