Priority: Low
Problem: If on starting hugin the "load files" button is pressed before the 
"Tip of the Day" dialog appears hugin becomes unresponsive - and cannot be 
closed by the "close" button.
Possible solution: Rempve the "modal" flag from the "Tip of the Day" dialog: 
There is no need to make sure that the whole application is halted as long as 
the Tip of the Day is displayed.
