Again, I have to ask: what do I have to do to get anybody's attention to this bug?
I found out that the only way out of this situation that happens every day is to run "unity --reset" in a terminal, after that the launcher is back to where it belongs: the foreground. It is NOT FUN working with Ubuntu anymore when this happens over and over again. What is going wrong here? How to I get somebody to look at this??
