Open the dash.
Click on 'more applications'.
Scroll down to bottom: scrollbar jumps back.

Now click on 'Installed: view more results'.
Scroll down to bottom: scrollbar doesn't jump back and remains at bottom.

Close 'Installed: view more results'.
Scroll down to bottom: scrollbar doesn't jump back and remains at bottom.
