I do not believe this is a duplicate of #727116, which is marked as
fixed. The unity bar still overlays full screen videos / applications
on the second monitor as soon as focus is taken away from them. As a
result, I am unable to watch a video on my second monitor while
simultaneously working on the fist monitor, without seeing the unity bar
overlaying the video on the 2nd monitor. Please re-open this bug or
advice if I am going to have to create a new one.
