Public bug reported:
the feisty alternate install cd tries to mount its sources on
/dev/cdrom, which fails.
this does not exist (at least on my thinkpad x60 with usb-cdrom
attached), i have to go through manual cd-drive selection and enter
/dev/scd0 as location of the cd drive.
